This conference is designed to help educators learn how to effectively implement a standards-based grading system.  Educators from Solon, Clear Creek Amana, and Van Meter Schools are hosting the event for secondary educators, administrators, and others interested in learning more about SBG.

I graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Spanish and a Mathematics certificate. I spent the 2011-12 academic year teaching English in Madrid, Spain. This year I'm working in Madison to pay back some student loans, but I plan to teach English in South Korea this fall. I hope to become certified to teach Math or Spanish within the next five years, and/or to become involved in the international/study abroad aspect of higher education administration.
